Resource Coordinator - SolidCAD

About the position

SolidCAD is looking to fill an immediate position within our professional services group to coordinate the
fulfillment of service engagements with clients in western Canada. Working from SolidCAD’s headquarters in
Vaughan, ON, the candidate will oversee the fulfillment of all service orders while managing required resources
including staff, event calendars, equipment, training collateral and travel arrangements. This role requires an
individual with exceptional communication and organization skills.

• Manage job calendars of all western technical staff to distribute work, confirm dates and terms of servicebetween staff and clients.
• Use Salesforce to manage all service fulfillments including opportunity bookings, establishing projects
with work orders and providing links for technical staff to log their time.
• Liaise between clients and SolidCAD sales team to gather all details related to pending service
engagements including scope of work, proposals, expected deliverables, desired schedule, terms of sale,
preferred resources, etc.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for technical staff while enforcing expense, travel and cancellation
• Record and reconcile expenses related to service engagements booked.
• Manage inventory of training courseware titles and pool of training laptops as well as shipping & receiving
of these goods to and from client locations across Canada.
• Ensure that services are delivered to client’s satisfaction through post-service follow-up’s and surveys.
• Manage all aspects of our Autodesk Training Center (ATC) programs as it relates to ATC sites in western
Canada including the creation of all training courses, attendee registrations, confirmations, attendance
lists, certificates and feedback forms.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel as well as using OneDrive, Dropbox and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Autodesk software is beneficial, but not mandatory
• Experience in coordinating resources, planning events or scheduling and/or logistics
• Able to work under varying workloads, often with tight deadlines and under pressure. Able to take
initiative and proactively determine requirements to see efficient completion of tasks.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for optimal interactions between
clients, technical team, sales team, administration and management.
• Effective organization and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic
fast-paced environment.
• Own a valid driver’s license, willing to travel within Canada if required.
