Salesforce Administrator – Head Office
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for supporting salesforce, sales data and processes within the sales organization at Cansel. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with users in order to administer and enhance the system to meet their needs. This person will be the main point of contact promoting adoption of both sales processes and technology, providing both training and support. In addition to supporting users you will be responsible data quality, data loads, reporting, and system configuration.

In this role, you will:
  • Work with the Sales management team to execute the vision around Salesforce adoption and Sales efficiency
  • Front line support to sales and sales management for processes, tools and data.
  • Support initiatives around data governance and data management
  • Support budgeting activities and enable Sales Forecasting in SalesForce
  • Create and maintain Sales training material
  • Coordinate and deliver training to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel from a process and technology perspective
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, working to facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, data, and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Change management related to sales processes and technology
About you:

  • BA degree in business administration or comparable is desirable
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce configuration and support
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce reporting & data management
  • Proven expertise with MS Excel, and/or other data manipulation tools
  • Familiarity with SAP an asset
  • Ability to develop and implement Best Practice procedures
  • Bilingual (French)
