Account Manager - SolidCAD
SolidCAD provides Architectural, Engineering and manufacturing companies with software license, training and technical support necessary to maximize their investments in Autodesk technology. SolidCAD is seeking an Account Manager for the Edmonton office who will be responsible for selling Computer Aided Design (CAD). Please note that product knowledge is not required and training will be provided.

About you:
  • Post-Secondary education required
  • Strong customer service (i.e. retail, hospitality, telecommunications etc.), interpersonal communication, & telephone skills
  • Drive to grow within an organization
  • Forward-thinking and the ability to be proactive, and creative in selling
  • Ability to foster strong workplace relationships to create a positive work environment
  • Teamwork experience required
  • Experience with computer desktop applications (i.e. MS Office)
In this role, you will:
  • Focus on sales of software and training services to established accounts
  • Explore new growth opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Inbound and Outbound telephone activity
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, add-on services and promotional sale items
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences
  • Travel (up to 30%)

  • Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
