Our Customer Service Representatives are key to our success and play an important role in building and maintaining client relationships.

In this role, you will:
  • Adhere to the 5S program and take an active role in the branch’s cleanliness and maintenance
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions to sell products and services
  • Maintain excellent customer service relationships
  • Maintain inventory accuracy (SAP) by performing cycle counts and inventory reports
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance of safety policies and procedures
  • Manage open orders, back orders and blocked orders on a regular basis
  • Perform shipping/receiving duties, pick, pack, ship and liaise with couriers/logistics providers
  • Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs
  • Resolve product and service problems enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Serve customers with product information and aid in coordinating rental services
About you:
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual able to work within a team environment and also possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess:
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities appropriately
  • An aptitude to learn equipment’s by usage, serial numbers and field of application
  • Demonstrate knowledge of computer systems
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & telephone skills
  • Forward-thinking and the ability to be proactive
  • Minimum one-year customer service, shipping and/or administrative experience
  • Self-disciplined and highly organized with ability to take initiative around the site
  • Strong customer service skills
Bonus points
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) and CRM (SalesForce) would be an asset
  • Experience in land surveying and general construction line products would be an asset
