Rental Coordinator
Please note, this role is currently at our location in Etobicoke (81 Kelfield Street #2) but will be moving to Richmond Hill (25 E Pearce St., L4B 0B2) in the next couple months.

We are currently seeking a second Rental Coordinator to be responsible for facilitating rental coordination & delivery to Cansel clients across the country from a central fulfillment facility in Richmond Hill. Reporting to the National Service Manager you will schedule all rental equipment operations for clients in the geo-spatial survey, mapping and scanning industry.

In this role, you will:
  • Create and schedule rental contracts
  • Configure rental equipment & systems to customer’s spec’s
  • Inspect, calibrate and maintain rental equipment
  • Schedule and plan equipment service & maintenance
  • Invoice rental contracts
  • Manage delivery logistics
  • Maintain up to date equipment checklists
  • Manage product lifecycle of rental equipment to keep curent.
  • Provide support and direction to equipment tester(s)
  • Maintain rental area in a clean and professional manner
About you: 
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual able to work within a team environment and also possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess:
  • Previous rental coordination experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer information systems and survey equipment
  • Experience loading software onto field devices
  • Service desk experience (i.e. configuration, estimation, calibration, set-up etc.)
  • Excellent verbal, phone and email communication

Bonus Points:
  • Civil or geospatial engineering and/or construction industry experience is an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French)
