Relevant du directeur des ventes, vous serez responsable du territoire de vente du Québec (principalement la grande région de Montréal et Québec).  Vos principales responsables seront l’identification et la conduite de nouvelles opportunités de vente sur le marché de la construction de bâtiments.  Basé sur les technologies REVIT-BIM d’Autodesk vous devrez présenter notre offre intégrées (logiciels et services professionnels) aux contracteurs généraux de l’industrie de la Construction.
 
Dans ce rôle vous aurez l’occasion de progresser dans votre carrière avec un leader du marché canadien en expansion constante suite aux acquisitions d’entreprises et de nouveaux produits.
 
Ce poste vous demandera de :
  • Recherche active de nouvelles opportunités dans votre territoire par l’entremise d'appels de prospection et de rencontres avec des clients actuels ou potentiels, suivre les tendances de marché et en veille active des nouvelles opportunités de ventes
  • Comprendre, positionner et vendre la gamme complète des services offerts par Cansel basé sur la technologie REVIT-BIM Autodesk
  • Développer des relations solides avec des clients potentiels et actuels à tous les niveaux de l’organisation
  • Atteindre tous les principaux indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
  • Executer la stratégie de vente et atteindre les objectifs
  • Participer à des salons commerciaux, formations ou autres activités.
  • Collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de services professionnels afin d’identifier des opportunités de ventes dans les comptes existants et de mobiliser les moyens nécessaires afin de développer ces opportunités.
Votre profil :
  • Bilingue (Français/Anglais)
  • Minimum de cinq ans d’expertise dans la VENTE dans l’industrie de la construction
  • Connaissance du processus BIM et les produits et solutions Autodesk (Revit) est un atout
  • Autonome, débrouillard, dynamique et passionné de la vente dans un marché compétitif 
  • Capacité à négocier avec les clients
  • Expérience éprouvée dans l’atteinte ou le dépassement des objectifs de ventes
  • Bonne compréhension des demandes des clients afin d’apporter des solutions efficaces et créatives
  • Motivation personnelle, adaptabilité, détermination et aptitudes élevées en communication sont essentielles
  • Connaissance de CRM’s comme Salesforce est un atout
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Disponibilité pour des voyages au Québec et aux Etats-Unis
  • Possibilité de déplacement – entre 40 et 60%
Account Manager Building Construction Market Québec

Reporting to the Sale Manager, you will oversee the sales territory of Québec (predominantly the Greater Montreal Area and Quebec City) and be primarily responsible for hunting and driving new sales opportunities in the Building Construction market and providing software and professional solutions (Autodesk REVIT-BIM) to new clients, in addition to your role of growing and maintaining existing customer relationships and business.

In this role, you will:
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying needs of new and existing customers, following trends in the market, and tenaciously discovering leads
  • Understand, position, and sell the full portfolio of company offerings based on Autodesk REVIT-BIM technology
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients at various levels in the organization;
  • Meet all sales target performance indicators (KPI’s);
  • Develop a strategic sales plan and meet goals;
  • Participate in trade-shows, training events or other related events as requested and required
  • Collaborate with the professional services team for presales activities and implementations
About you:
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in SALES in the Building Construction industry
  • Knowledge of the BIM process and Autodesk (Revit) products and solutions
  • An energetic, entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for selling in a competitive market;
  • Ability to present to and negotiate with clients;
  • Effective communication skills applied to selling value to the client;
  • Proven track record in successfully achieving/exceeding sales targets;
  • Ability to understand at a high level when providing clients with effective and creative solutions;
  • Self-motivation, flexibility, drive, and superb communication skills are essential
  • Familiarity with CRMS such as Salesforce an asset, but not necessary.
  • Driving license in good standing;
