Service Coordinator

Cansel is currently seeking a Service Coordinator in our Toronto branch. This role will be responsible for administrative support for a number of areas of our supply chain.
 
Description: Duties will include purchasing from suppliers, updating and maintaining inventory databases, managing inter-branch transfers, processing RMA’s, submitting warranty claims, updating and maintaining databases, tracking third-party outsourcing.
 
This is a very demanding position and we are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual able to work in the team environment and also possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
 
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication & telephone skills.
  • Service & parts administrative experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer information systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Forward thinking and the ability to be proactive in problem solving.
  • Self-disciplined & highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task.
Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge of land surveying or civil engineering field operations would be an asset
  • Experience with SAP, ServiceMax and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with procurement would be an added bonus
